How you get access
Your parent account connects to the institute and the children it has linked to you.
1.Your institute provides access
Use the parent account or invitation provided by your institute. If invited, accept it with your existing TroviX identity or complete the account setup offered.
2.The institute links your children
Staff connect your guardian account to each child’s student record. Ask your institute to check those links if a child’s records are missing.
3.Sign in and select the institute
Log in, choose the organization you belong to, and view its records for your linked children. You do not need to create an institute to get parent access.

Multiple institutes. Choose what to view.
If your account belongs to more than one institute, select the organization you want to view. Each institute shows only the children and records linked there; records from different organizations are not mixed.
